This is a blog that would discuss the current status of Maui real estate and development. This is a dynamic website. We will present various topics related to Maui Real estate and development and we will “talk story” about it.  This site will be updated on a regular basis.  Topics presented will vary from what’s the latest on the affordable housing on Maui to the status of the proposed luxury homes in Makena. Auxilliary topics such as construction of roads and other infrastructure, mortgage news, rentals, etc. will also be included.

Second, this blog will serve as a aggregator of the Maui real estate and development news.  We will gather the news from the leading Hawaii/Maui newspapers, business magazines and websites and we will link them here so that all of you who are interested to read what the latest and the greatest on Maui real estate and development would have a central place to go and read about it.

Third, since this is a blog, your participation is highly recommended and encouraged.  You will be given a chance to comment and express yourself on various topics posted, which of course are related to Maui real estate and development. We are hoping to moderate a healthy discussion on the latest news and buzz on Maui real estate and development.  However, we would like to let you know in advance that comments will be moderated and only the respectful comments will be published.  We do not have to agree on everything we read, but we do have to be respectful when we express our opinion.
